The only thing that strikes me is the imipramine (Tofranil). If the duloxetine is working, drop the imipramine and vice versa. Also, I haven't heard a good word about buspirone on this board, yet many people have praised clonazepam. I would insist on remaining on the clonazepam if I was you.
