Cymblta dosage

Hi
I just switched over from 300mg of Effexor to cymbalta. I'm currently on 90mg of cymbalta. Has anyone had any experience with how high of cymbalta would be close or near to the effexor I took. I may need to go higher. Also, does Cymbalta come in higher dosages than 60mg capsules?
