Eplivanserin is a selective 5-HT2A receptor antagonist in phase II clinical trials. That means that it won't be available for a few years. You can check out JR's list (http://www.neurotransmitter.net/newdrugs.html) for information about other drugs in clinical trials that affect that receptor and others.
