Yes, in states, AZ.
Tks suggestion. Over the poverty level w/ my SSD, actually bad thing. Don't take very good enough (at least for this perfectionist) care of self, broke, blue. I've researched and they would cost $.
Usually very good housekeeper, bill payer, hygiene; but still deep grieving, much fatigue, panic attacks that wear me out.
My MOTHER (the same one that dis'd me after Dad passed) left me a message this a.m.?! She will give me $400 to bring ckg acct current. Lost status by advancing max ($400) from forthcoming SSD $. This due to granddaughter needing baby supplies for her 1st child.
I'm going to stop some med treatments ($! Time!)until DBT down to 1-1/2 hrs a week.
Realize I am not capable 'at this time' of so much 'unhappy dealings' on plate; adding 'happy dealing' would prob' do wonders .. ya' know feeling I've accomplished, up the self-esteem.
They have a program in my state mental health system for employment, and today caseworker put me in referral to that.
And, ya' know, I'm such a perfectionist; I shouldn't put such pressure on self. Can keep dishes done. I take out garbage.
But, priority is DBT, daily diary card, 1 hr therapy, 2.5 hr group, and 1 hr free-talk group a week.
Hope PCP will 'be cool' and let physical/medical issues wait.
DBTs last approx 9mos. After you graduate, you may choose to go to once weekly 'keep up' groups. Then, I'll plan 'repair the body.' My plan.
