Hope you are feeling better. How do they know that SSRIs down regulate 5-ht1a can they actually see that happening with scans? Also why would reducing the number of 5-ht1a receptors have an affect on depression?
I always seem to be on here to ask questions but it's only because there are so many people on here who seem so much more knowledgeable on this subject. I never even did chemistry at school and so feel way out of my depth sometimes.
