Hope you are OK today! I've just logged on to dr bob.
Have you tried an SSRI. Fluoxetine (Prozac) is sometimes helpful for BPD. I know you're scared of lithium and Zyprexa etc. but I don't think you need to be. If you tried them and didn't like it you could stop.
