I'm in the same boat, possible bpII with lots of it in my family. Taking Lam with Celexa (which I have decreased to 20 mgs) and I found it to have few side effects:
trouble sleeping at the very beginning. weird dreams also.
At higher doses, I get forgetful.
Another thing to be aware of, there is a nice anxiolytic effect that may or may not fade after a while at a certain dose.
