i think i agree with the other poster. i've had resting tachycardia of between 110 and 130 without other problems and sometimes without even noticing a difference in heart rate. however, when i've had tachycardia and hypotension, then i've had problems with blacking out/fainting, circulation, and blood sugar. electrolyte problems that cause arrythmias in addition to tachycardia can be dangerous because your heart may not be able to pump and distribute blood as needed. i don't know if this helps, but i hope so. i've been considering TCAs myself.
