Amitriptyline.. very popular for sleep and neuropathic pain, occasionally used for depression.
Dothiepin... popular for sleep, anxiety and depression.
Lofepramine.. popular for depression.
Nitrazepam.. popular for sleep.
Temazepam.. popular for sleep.
Zopiclone.. popular for sleep.
Diazepam.. popular for anxiety.
