Trileptal Dosage?

Hi,

My neurologist put me on Trileptal for nerve damage and pain in my lower leg. But I found that it helps with my anxiety and OCD.

Started out at 300mg and have progessively worked my way up to 1,800mg. My neurologist says that I can go as high as 2,400mg which is the max. dose.

I think I would benefit from the increase. But I am hesitant. B/C I already take Lexapro, Remeron, and Klonopin.

Both my pdoc and my neurologist know about all of my medications.

So, I was seeking advice on raising the dosage of my Trileptal from 1,800mg to 2,400mg. My neurologist says it is a very safe med.

But I am hesitant because I am on so many other medications.

Anyones comments or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
