I guess if she was suicidly depressed after Meth cessation, and non-functional due to dopamine receptor Brain damage, *and* was serious *and* honest with her PsyDoc, *and* this massive dose of Adderall was all that helped, then yes, this could be considered ethical.Althought I would have thought Desoxyn, (Medical Methamphetamine) *may* be more successfull (at a lower dose) at monitored, Crystal replacement threapy *if* she was serious about quiting smoking Crank.
I would be cautious though, as Crystal is notoriously addictive, and continued abstinance rates, amoung long-term abusers are not high.
