Paxil, helps with tremor?

I came off Valium two months ago and have like a constant low level inner vibration. Has anyone here experienced this? Anyway, is there a real chance that Paxil will correct this? The tremor accelerates in response to stress and sometimes leads to heart palpitations. This keeps me from working and i must get back to work soon. Thanks for any replies.
