I can't believe your Dr. has left you on this if it's making you feel so bad! My Dr. told me that these kinds of medicines work different for everyone and it is all just trial and error. If your not feeling better in a few week try something new (especially if it has been more than the 4-6 weeks that it can take to work!) I liked Paxil, except for the sexual side effects and since then I have tried Effexor and now Lexapro. Either the Effexor or Lexapro is making me itch all over so I'm thinking about going back to the Paxil-I just want to feel better-NOW!
