Hey JACJ thanks for the quick answer.
I am confused about med therapy. Guess you can tell... I cannot successfully take benzos though. That is for sure.
I feel okay tonight. Hope you do as well. This morning was bad. Waking up from sleep are my worst times for some reason. Fear seems to get a hold, and there is something quite fearful about my current state of dysfunction.
