Hi I do know that AP's are known to cause a lot of these effects and being you got off them fast I bet you will be OK but you may want to ask for a short term trial of Ambein to sleep
..I wish you much luck..I was given an AP once for not sleeping well and ended up on a heart monitor..I ended up fine but will never take an AP again unless I AM psychotic the side effects and especially those that CAN be long term just do not warrant this kind of drug as a SLEEP aid...It still makes me mad. I was a zombie by day too...So anyhow I did read a lot at THAT time on these meds and just recall that if you get off them fast like you did the effects neurological do most often go away> Why, when I took an antipsychotic for only 2 weeks after being stressed, did I have trouble sleeping along with parkinsonian for a month? It was still there at the end of that time period, and I was put back on them as a solution. Actually I was given a bit of AP to sleep. Then the parkinsonian got worse, then it got better ( while I was on the pill ) but my body started feeling like leaning one way or the other.... that eventually went away too while I was on the pill. I'm off it now and my sleep is still junk. I feel very screwed up. It's been over 2 months. I feel a lot better compared to the way I felt just coming off it, but i still feel messed up. Could this be the same as the 1 month difficulty sleeping and parkinsonian I had, except worse? Is there going to be any long term effect from all this?
