chocolate makes me sleepy.

hot chocolate makes me sleepy now.
What's going on?

does the fact that I was drugged to the point of having shallow breathing and rigidity, and now that one of my arms doesn't swing have anything to do with this? has my brain adapted to this condition somehow.
