What cold meds are safe to take with ADs?

In October I had a cold and a doctor prescribed dextromethorphan for me. I found out that this med shouldn't be taken with SSRIs. What can I take for a stuffy head, runny nose and congestion that won't interfere with Celexa and Wellbutrin?
