I've used 'em, and they were lifesavers. I got Prozac and Effexor that way for at least a year.

Applications take a while, so you have to apply well in advance of need. The meds are sent to your doctor, not to you, but my doctor mailed them to me so that was OK. They all have their own application process, so you'll have to contact them individually. Worth the trouble, though.
