Hi,
Lamictal has rarely been reported to cause anemia but I think it's unlikely to be the cause. Effexor can increase bleeding eg. during menstruation, this might lead to iron-deficiency anemia. Has Effexor caused you to have heavy menstruation? In fact, I don't know whether you are a woman! Do you know what type of anemia you have got?
