Hi Ed.
I am in the middle of a decision making process that I am having difficulty with. I can either add Parnate to what I am already taking, undergo a trial of mifepristone, or give rTMS a try. Parnate + desipramine was the only thing I responded well to. Unfortunately, Parnate + TCA no longer works. At best, it takes the edge off the depression. Otherwise, it really represents a dead end. The only thing novel to me would be that I am now taking Abilify. I really don't think that it will make any difference, though.
Any thoughts?
