Yes it should certainly help.
Here are the reasons why vitamin C is the stim users friend.
1) Vitamin C helps to replete the levels of
catecholamines serotonin/dopamine2) Vitamin C, helps to ballence glutamate levels,
which can be ofset by stimulants. Glutamate
antagonists have also shown utility in
preventing stim tolerance.3) Vitamin C, has anticortisol properties. Ie it
destress you. Stimulants deplete vitamin C
in the adrenal gland. Vitamin C can help the stim work better by repleating the adrenal glands
4) Vitamin C has antipsychotic properties.
Sometimes stim use can leave your thinking
a little tweekey at the end of the day.
Vitamin C can help to rationalize your
thinking.I learned this trick from a buddy of mine, and it really worked well for a while.
Take your stim in the morning. Ie I took ritalin CR in the morning. Get some time released vitamin C (1000mg / 1gram) and take it when the stim starts to wear off. Ie ritalin started to wear off about 4-5pm. Take the vitamin C when you start to crash.
