Adderall causing hypertension: alternatives?

I've just started on 30mg Adderall XR instead of 72mg Concerta for (adult) Adhd. I found a greater clarity of focus with the Adderall *but* my blood pressure spiked from 124/74 to 138/88. No caffeine, consistent increase that disappeared when I reverted
to Concerta.

Are here any other stimulants that might also have the effectiveness of Adderall without the blood pressure effects?
