hi, this is remar, i would suggest that if your daughter feels worse on cymbalta and has suicidal thoughts to call her dr. right away. i know from experience that some antidepressants make you feel more depressed. but everyone is different. i would suggest this with any antidepressant she was on. i've been on cymbalta for three weeks now with not much change. my anxiety is still high. good luck to your daughter and take care. remar
