There's no problem with the antidepressant. Remeron does not apear to disrupt sleep archetecture any. Benzo's can affect certain stages of sleep but I don't know how this would influence you condition.

Ed is right in that TCA's are sometimes useful for depression/anxiety/pain syndromes.


I know that anxiety/insomnia would probably have a greater impact.
