I only managed eight days on Remeron, and that was too long. By the third day, I was out of control -- thowing silverware onto the table at breakfast, telling my husband to stay away, avoiding the cats, ready to throw in the towel. (Don't ask why I stayed on it so long, the story is even longer...)
If the agitation and restlessness started around the time you started Remeron, you might want to consider backing off it and trying something else.
