Hi Tensor,

Are you in Europe?, then there are plenty of options. From my experience I can number some of the TCAs without sexual side effects.

Amitriptyline (Tryptizol in Europe. Elavil in US)
Dosulepin (Prothiaden in Europe. Not in U.S)
Lofepramine (Gamanil in Europe)

Or you can try Maprotiline (Ludiomil). It is not reported to have any sexual side effects.
I personally prefer Amit or Dosulepin. AMT is more effective than prothiaden.
