Viagra has worked well for me for antidepressant-induced erection problems, and since it was fairly clear that the E.D. had a medical (side-effect) and not a psychological cause, I was able to get the prescription covered by my insurance. In theory, Viagra only affects hydraulics, not libido, but in practice, I found that once I was confident there wouldn't be hydraulic problems, I started to get more interested in sex. If the problem is that it takes a long time to get to orgasm, I don't know what to say about that, except, well, try to enjoy it! :)

I am taking both, and the stimulants didn't really help. They would suppress my appetite during the day, but then at night, after they wore off, I would get ravenous and start eating anything in sight. Fortunately, after I had gained a few pounds, I started to get less hungry and the weight levelled off, and then eventually went back to where it started with no special effort on my part. That took about 5 months. The daytime sedation also went away over time. Also, I've heard that the side effects tend to be less at higher doses, but I have no idea how that works.
