~~~Tolerance develops pretty quickly for most. Finding a good maintainance dose can take a little time. Slow taper is the best way to avoid withdrawal symptoms but doesn't guarantee one will not have withdrawal symptoms. Withdrawal symptoms vary as to who going to have them and what length of use or dose will cause them, so it's not an easy question to answer from one individual to another. Some sources cite three weeks of use can set one up for withdrawal symptoms. Abrupt discontinuing should never happen, IMO.
> Also I can't seem to get the dose right, 0.5mgs doesn't seem to work for my social anxiety, 1mg leaves me feeling very sedated, sleepy and apathetic. 1mg also seems to be rather a high dose, most people seem to be on a much lower dose.~~~Dose ranges can be 2-4 mgs per day with alot of variation - some need a little more, some a little less....
> Should I try 0.75mgs? Is this the obvies answer!
~~~(Smile) - that could be the obvious answer for you.
