I recently quit taking effexor and though I tapered over several weeks, I don't think it was slow enough. (I didn't consult a doctor, was just running out of it and decided I don't want/need to be on meds anymore). I've been completely off it for over a week and I'm nauseous and dizzy and crying all the time. I guess it's been officially out of my system for a while now. How much longer will I feel like sh*t? It's not an option for me to get a buffer dose of Prozac and the benadryl doesn't seem to be making a difference. I need to function!
