Hi Jeroen :-)

Yes, you can take amantadine with Sipralexa. They don't interact with each other. It is possible that amantadine could cause psychotic symptoms though. It would be best to start with a very low dose of amantadine and to see your doctor regularly during treatment. Did your psychiatrist prescribe this medication for you? Please don't take any medication without your doctor's knowledge.
