If you gathered one hundred people on Parnate together, and fed them identical foods, the blood pressure response would graph as a bell curve. Some would have no response, most would have a moderate response, and some would have an extreme response.
What is critical for any individual using an irreversible MAOI is that they learn about their own sensitivity to tyramine. Stories from others about their own sensitivities do not inform one on this critical issue.
