Although water usually quenches the thirst - I have a "craving" for sweeter drinks like Coke or Pepsi (caffeine free of course). I'm also worried about the risk of diabetes because I've been on Seroquel for over a year now.

If you've been experiencing excessive thirst for a while, it would be wise to get checked for diabetes. If it's only a few days, you might want to wait a bit and see if the situation continues. Since it's winter and the heat is on likely on a lot (particularly if you're in Minnesota as your name suggests), that definitely could be a factor, especially if you have a radiator. Try using a humidifier and see if that reduces your thirst. Good luck.
