Bob I know exactly what you're talking about.. Im afraid the advice you have been given isn't going to help.. at least for me it has nothing to do with starting out SLOW.. or taking it easy... it seems when I exercise I get the typical feel good feeling you get.. and then I get a CRASH and I feel HORRIBLE.. I feel depressed, agitated.. and it carries onto the next day...all I want to do is sleep.. during this period
I dunno if this is some sort of medical condition or not but.. what I do know is that it use to never happen to me.. and when I exercised when I didn't have this onset of negative emotions.. I would have no problem what so ever. it has nothing to do with how intense or demanding the exercise is..
