hi there,
i'm 21 and also diagnosed as BP II. unlike you, though, i was diagnosed only in the past two years. still, i've been on most all the meds you listed; some were decent, others were disastrous.

antidepressants make me manic, too. lexapro gave me all the energy of hypomania but in an agitated depressed state turning into psychosis.

i've been on lamictal for about four months now. lithium works best for me, but i've had problems taking it. my body seems to be rejecting it, maybe because of toxicity after toxicity. anyway, lamictal gives me more flexibility in mood than lithium. i suspect, though, that it also makes me slightly manic. my health has been poor as of late, so whereas i used to have long episodes of hypomania and depression, now i haven't been able to sustain a high for more than a few days. since lamictal is more or less an antidepressant for bipolars, it does make me kinda high. maybe it would be good to add another mood stabilizer to keep you steady. depakote, tegretol/trileptal are supposed to be good for mania and not good for depression, so maybe the combo would keep you even. let me know how it goes.
