BP is different in everyone

You still could be manic, even though are not hearing voices or thinking you can fly, etc.
I am a diagnosed BP II, and it really sounds like you're experiencing mania. My mania was just thinking really fast, talking fast, doing things fast, feeling great and sometimes having those thoughts that maybe I'm insane (well, I had those during depressions as well). I never heard voices, or had delusions. Some BPs do experience that, although those symptoms can be seen more in a BP I diagnosis. But no one on here can say for sure what you're experiencing - you need to see your doctor. I know you feel "great" right now, but it will also leave you feel horrible.
Have you felt like this before?
