The dexadrine crash is awful. I hate it. If you can time how long it takes before you crash you can take your next dosage before that time. For instance I crash just before the 3 hour mark so I have been trying to take another dosage before I reach 3 hours. I am lucky that it does not make me nauseous or give me a headache. Although one day I took too much and had to use clonazapam to bring me down. But I do crash hard at night because I have to stop taking it or else I won't sleep (obviously)
