Yes, I had an PDOC who told me she was taking Zoloft.

You should read the book "Undercurrents A Life Beneath the Surface" by Martha Manning to get an interesting view of an psychologist who goes through depression (and ECT treatment). She is a great writing. Very witty. I love when she writes about getting a new room-mate during the night the at the hospital and that it is a high-school cheerleader. She wonders what is worse - a depressed cheerleader or a depressed psychologist. It's one of my favourite books and I actually had the honour of hearing her speak.
