I agree that you need to wait a couple of weeks or so. If it works, then that's great. But if not, there is a different strategy for you to try that I think will work.
Cymbalta affects both serotonin and norepinephrine (NE). The NE component is good for concentration. You could go back to 60 mg of Cymbalta and then add 10 mg Lexapro to see if that relieves your irritability. Lexapro only has a serotonin affect.
I personally take that combination: 60 mg Cymbalta and 10 mg Lexapro. So far it's working reasonably well for my ADD, and very well for my anxiety and depression.
> and do you feel the difference going higher than 60mg.? i recently went to 90 mg and don't feel that much different but i do know it took a while to kick in initially when i started cymbalta so the increase may take time too. i feel pretty darn good on cymbalta but i am trying to irradicate my lingering irritability.
