I would guess that the Tylenol Cold Daytime Relief caplets of which contain the pseudoephedrine hydrochloride might be the cause. I see the "ephedrine" part so i assume since they are daytime tablets, it must contain some caffeine, which caused your anxiety. Again, this is only a guess...someone else might know more.
