Thought This Was Interesting....

I had 2 wisdom teeth extracted yesterday....and the Dentist had given me a prescription for 7..5millgram tablets of Valium, to take 1/2 hour before the procedure.
Thats right....35 milligrams, all at once!
I ( and the Pharmacist ) thought that was alot...so I ended up only taking 25 miligrams.
Here is the interesting part.....
I was somwhat relaxed..but certainly NOT in the twilight-sleep that the Valium was supposed to put me in.
Nor did I feel particuliarly like sleeping when I got home. I rested...but I was awake and just "relaxed".
Do you think this is because I take 2-3 milligrams of Xanax every day for the last 3 years?
For my money..Xanax is way more powerful than Valium. If I would have taken the equivilent dose of Xanax...I would have spent the day sleeping.
Maybe its just my system
