There is no such thing as sleep disruption without depression or depression without sleeep disorder of one kind or another, iether excessive sleep or wakefulness. It is a a chicken or the egg situation. They are virtually the same disorder. Try mild exercise during the day. Buy a heart monitor and obey its instuctions. That will keep you from over doing it. Start at 15 minutes a day and work up to 40 over four months or so. Your heart rate will determine your progress. It does wonders for my sleep.
