You're not pathetic unless ALL of us are pathetic. We're not :) Also, fyi, seroquel has a short half-life (approx. 6hrs) so it is out of your system pretty quickly - ie 25mgs are reduced to 12.5mg in your system 6 hours after taking it.
Not sure if that will make you feel better, but I thought it might.
