Hi,
Have you had your B12 checked? I'm sure you have since you have suffered for so long.Neurontin wakes you up? God, that stuff made me feel like I was floating ... it was awful. You are taking a sh*t load of Neurontin!
Maybe SLS or Ed will have some answers for you. Dexedrine makes me sleepy ...

> Hi,
> I am new to the group and would really like to know if anyone who has taken Provigil ever felt like it made them sleepy?
> I have had problems with excessive sleepiness for almost 20 years and had a sleep study just called it idiopathic hypersomnlance. Also went with a Chronic Fatigue diagnosis for several years.
> My phycharist gave me provigil 200 mg about 3 years go and it would help for a few hours but then after around noon I would have to sleep. He increased it after about a year and then I would usually take half of the second 200 mg and that would be all I needed for the rest of the day. I would only use the second half if needed. My MD had me try a very small dose of T3 thyroid and I felt better on it but after a month I was so sleepy and spacy that it started feeling like the provigil made me feel worse. I quit the t3 cytomel and the sleepiness never got better. I had also taken glutathione atp shots just before this. I read something about atp and sleep but could not understand it.
> Now I take a 10 mg adderall and it helps but if I need the provigil later in the day it can go either way help me wake up or make me feel like my head is dead. Please let me know if anyone else has felt this?
> I have taken every antidepressant known to man. I also take Neurontin and after all the medications that make me sleepy neurontin helps me stay awake and helps the spacy feeling I get with the sleepyiness. I take a whopping 800mg 8 times a day . I have tried to cut back some on it and take 5 of the 800 mg tabs.
> I have discussed these problems with both of my Drs and all I can try to figure out is something about provigil and aspartame and I don't know what it does.
> Thanks so much. Please let me hear.
