YES. Terrible weight gain. I was on a range of 150mg-300mg for insomnia for about 18mo. I gained 100 pounds and it almost left me with diabetes. Then I did some research and foun that Seroquel has the potential to make users more likely to develop diabetes. So I told my doc no more. Now I'm on Lunesta and it works great. Plus I'm losing weight -25 pounds thus far.
