In the past I've taken clonidine to help (although it wasn't Rx=ed for that) and it helped enough so I could relax and get to sleep. Perhaps I should ask my doc about it?

I got some Propranolol for rapid heart rate, man took 1, felt weird as, I believe this crosses the BBB and causes all sorts of weird-*ss Psych effects, not very Cardioselective, was hoping the small dose i took would wear off, maybe split the mother, in half next time. eekkk.
