JUST STARTED EFFEXER XR

I JUST STARTED EFFEXER XR 3 DAYS AGO. I TAKE IT AT NIGHT AND I HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO SLEEP. I FELL SO RESTLESS. I 'VE HAD NASEUA AND DECREASED APPETITE TOO. I FEEL TIRED AND SLOW MOVING. ANYONE ELSE HAD THESE PROBLEMS IN THE BEGINNING . DOES IT GET BETTER? I ALSO HAVE HAD A DULL HEADACHE.SHOULD I QUIT WHILE I'M AHEAD?
