I have been somewhat following the boards, and it seems to me the overwhelming answer is that it does'nt help more than ambien. I admit I may have missed some positives, so probably my fault. I just wondered if anyone had any really good experiences, esp. after taking another sleep aid. Or what might work with it. thanks jamie
