Fluoxetine is the most stimulating SSRI there is, so if your jitteriness does not go away in 1-2 weeks, IMO you should switch. What disorder(s) are you taking this for? SSRIs are "jacks of all trades, masters of none". If you share with the board what your situation is, I'm sure many people--including myself--could recommend alternative meds if the Prozac does not work.
