I'm not sure about the 5ht1a agonism of Luvox or any SSRI for that matter, but Prozac is said to have more potent 5ht2c antagonism than it has reuptake blocking properties. The AP Geodon is the most potent 5ht2c antagonist (Prozac is a close 2nd) at low doses (20-40mgs) and also has the 5ht1a agonism that you're looking for.
