Nardil vs Parnate... Which has less side effects

Can you tell me, based on your experience, Which MAOI produce more side effects, NARDIL or PARNATE ?

I have been on Nardil for almost 2 years. The side effects come when I reach the 60mgs. Terrible imnsomnia, weigth gain, urinary retention, symptomps of anorgasmia etc.

Does parnate have less sidde effects????
